2 ghostnodes now out of sync after initially upgrading to 3.0.1 without issue

2 synced ghostnodes upgraded from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1, resynced successfully but fell out of sync a few days later.

Expected ghostnodes to stay in sync with chain like the others did (which were upgraded same time)

Ubuntu 16.04, via sharks install/update script
