feat(v5.0): Strip to core — delete 41 bloat files, keep 11 working tools

Removed all multimedia features (image gen, video gen, voice cloning, TTS),
unused services (RAG, autonomous agent, multi-model comparison, cost tracker,
GitHub integration, intent router), and their UI (performance dashboard,
gauges, token metrics, prompt library). From 41K lines to ~26K lines,
40+ tools to 11.

Rewrote system prompt to be honest about capabilities. Default model
changed to Qwen 2.5 7B. Better few-shot examples for tool calling.
