Overdue by 12 year(s)•Due by April 30, 2013•2/11 issues closedBugs and features that HAVE to work before SXSW, including things that support the features we'll have their for the presentation (video wall, MS IE browser)
Overdue by 13 year(s)•Due by February 25, 2013•11/13 issues closedIt's a huge pile of code and tests but we need to modularize it, eliminate globals. Use require.js and AMD to make dependencies and loading work. Probably should make it js/sgp4lib or js/sgp4js so it could be used by others. Perhaps default some of the control globals, or make them "optional" params, that if not supplied, either default to something sane, or -- like the original -- pop a window asking the user to enter them (ick).
Overdue by 13 year(s)•Due by February 28, 2013•1/5 issues closedWe can't add much more funcitonality, nor support different feature sets for different browser capabilities (webgl animation vs. simple text output) with the current spaghetti code. Look at require.js and AMD, and see the Cesium code for inspiration. Will have to omit the massive pile of SGP4 code for this, it's too big a task.

Overdue by 13 year(s)•Due by January 16, 2013Focus on UI/UX improvements including basic manipulation of the world, more useful info when you hover-click a satellite, how to turn on an orbit, how to open details pages on Science.nasa.gov and NSSDC. Best if we can accommodate touch devices. Consider resizing and full-screen display.
