Date is missing when creating a label in Planning. Date should be displayed in the pop when creating the label.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://getthyme.knowall.ai
2. Log in
3. Navigate to Planning
4. Click on a date in label row

Expected Behavior

What you expected to happen.

Date is missing when creating a label in Planning. Date should be displayed in the pop when creating the label.
