Sendspin Audio Streaming

Major update! Full support for the Sendspin protocol, turning your Android device into a true whole-home audio terminal. Thanks to music-assistant.io for continuously driving open source projects forward.

Music Assistant is an open audio media player that allows you to seamlessly stream any audio source (such as Spotify, Apple Music, local music) to Ava devices for playback.

New Features

You can now adjust the wake word detection sensitivity, solving the following issues:

• Sensitivity too high causing false triggers
• Sensitivity too low requiring loud shouting to wake
• Different environments (quiet/noisy) requiring different sensitivity levels

Bug Fixes

Fixed REMOTE_CACHING Feature Issue (#27)

Fixed the error that appeared when controlling ESPHome devices:

"ESPHome device does not support REMOTE_CACHING feature"

You can now normally control cover-type devices such as curtains and roller shutters.

Fixed Front Camera Snapshot Rotation 90 Degrees in Landscape Mode

• No more image rotation errors when taking photos in landscape mode
• Face recognition works more accurately in landscape mode

Log Optimization

• Reduced output of high-frequency repeated logs
• BTHome device detection logs no longer spam repeatedly
• Sendspin connection status logs now include 10 second throttling

Important Notice

I am currently traveling.

If you encounter various issues during use, it may take a longer time to fix and resolve them. The update cycle will remain paused.

If you need stable usage, it is recommended to continue using version 3.2 and temporarily not update to 3.3.

Version 3.3 contains many new features and changes, and there may be undiscovered issues. I will concentrate on handling feedback after my trip ends.
