Can we create peer-to-peer room with this application? #127

Hi, Sorry for adding it as an issue, but I want to understand whether can we create a predefined peer-to-peer room in this application?
What I want to do is, create an application, when I will book the one-to-one sessions between doctor and patient and these sessions should be created on the fly after payment confirmation, where the doctor and patient would join automatically with the given link.
