Adding time of iteration as list in the parallel.py output for each algorithm

Hi Nikhil,

This is to request an enhancement to add each iteration time (for each seed and best fitness) as a list similar to fitness value and fevals. Currently the time is added an extra field for the whole run and not at iteration level.
