Child guarding confused in children tab

In bear tribe

Featherfin and clawtooth were each guarding a kid. This is shown on population tab

On children tab both kids have clawtooth as guardian.

Also, does injury prevent guarding? I remember either illness or injury does that. Featherfin is injured and still guarding so I hope it’s illness

Still in bear, egg is shown without a guardian. But Clawtooth is watching him, as confirmed by leastguarded
