Demand doesn’t seem to be implemented

In Bear tribe, Clawtooth made a demand and everyone ignored it. I thought it halted play?

It does show up in the general info I guess

Is neutral the same as unwilling to fight about it?

Goo couldn’t make his own demand, so that is working. The message wasn’t that helpful. It should say only one demand allowed at a time. It currently just sends a private message The Current demand is blah blah blah.

Also, demands are definitely a sneaky way for players to communicate

The demand means you can't advance the round. My thought was you should still be able to work.
Players could also communicate with Laws. I can't stop the signal.

I was just floating about demand communication, it’s not a bug.

The demand did not stop time. Seasons continue. We’re currently in active warfare and that also doesn’t stop the passing of time
