Browser Offline Caching Failing #65

Hi,
I was able to get the exploit working just fine while the internet is connected, but despite the website claiming that it was caching the page for offline use, I have not been able to access the page offline. I made sure to delete all tabs, clear browser history, delete cookies, and delete site data before visiting the site for the first time as well. I tried this multiple times and nothing has changed.
Just to make sure this wasn't some other issue, I also tried to cache a few other hosts that still require the USB method and they cached offline just fine, it's only this host that is having issues with offline caching.
Is there something I am missing here? If not I would be very grateful if you could fix this feature.
P.S. If you could add a custom DNS that autoloads the page like the old Al Azif host that would be huge as well.
