`book_text_offset_x` doesn't move click/hover events

Describe the bug

book_text_offset_x in book.json doesn't move click/hover events

so you can click/hover with the wrong text under the cursor

idk it it happens when using the md because I'm using json text

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. have hover/click event that you can easily tell is out of line
2. test with book_text_offset_x at 0, and at some bigger number
3. observe

Expected behavior
click/hover events get moved with their text
