When executing the curl command on a completely fresh install of windows, some shared libraries for htmlq are missing

Executing the curl results in errors

Maybe we should include them in the tools lib?

Update:

Installing varous .NET Framework versions resolves the issue, which has me wondering if the usage of htmlq was tested on unix systems.
