Features have been examined with a Kano Survey and were classified based on the answers in this survey. The development approach is meant to be agile, so as the project develops, additional features can pop up and should be wrote into an issue.
The Kano Model knows five types of features:

1. Attractive: Is a nice to have feature the users would like to have, but not miss.
2. Performance: Feature of this type symbolize really basic requirements. The better these features are implemented, the better the software is perceived
3. Indifferent: Features that are not important nor missed for the users
4. Must-Be: Basic features, without them the software wouldn't function properly
5. Undesired: Features that are not wanted

• Enable configuration of environmental variables as a launch configuration (see Allow additional environment settings for launch #31)

7. Will not Implement

• Configure installations / Set eclipse.ini settings
  Reason: The configuration of Installations or the eclipse.ini Settings should be configured in the products setup file. Any modification of the eclipse.ini that is really necessary should be there by default so that makes more sense.
• Configure workspaces
  Reason: Some as above: Configure it in the Project Setup file.
• Add own Eclipse Installations
  Reason: You can do this yourself. Please look at the FAQ.
