nginx: autodetect mime type of extensionless files

This would be useful for serving local directories where extensions are usually right and sometimes wrong and sometimes just missing.

This is why extensionless images download instead of displaying in the browser.

I think maybe we can patch nginx to run file if it can't figure out the mime type from the extension.
