New fdk-aac encoder released

Just to let you know, 960 transform for the fdk-aac v2 was added to OpenDigitalRadio repo:
https://github.com/Opendigitalradio/fdk-aac/tree/dabplus2

I know we still have to forward port DRM superframing and other robustness tools present in faac.

There is a growing interest by amateurs in Brazil to have this implemented. Any ideas? Google SoC, crowdfunding?
