A user can "pin" an ingredient so that it remains in the next combination

When the user pins the ingredient and "spins again", only the unpinned ingredients should change.  There should be some visual cue that the ingredient has been pinned (inset?  too subtle?).

The user should also be able to unpin an ingredient.
