Just some thoughts:

• Include link to code from public-facing gh-pages site
• Add information on deploying your own version (change github OAuth key, etc.) in README
• Point people towards gh-pages branch if they stumble upon master branch

One additional aspect for this list: the repo name, the description and the README are all talking about "csv converter". The obvious and unanswered question is: "Convert to what?" You should mention that. Best! ;)
