Support and expose page-orientation option

Once kingjon3377/tartan#9 is implemented:

• This project's data model needs to account for it
• The LaTeX reading code needs to deserialize it properly
• The LaTeX writing code needs to emit it if the user set the option
• The 'metadata' UI needs to expose the option to the user.
