Issues with live documentation

There are currently several issues with the live documentation site: kima.sience

• The new Circumbinary and BH3 examples show several errors
  • and they must be changed to not rely on pre-computed results
• The API docs for keplerian and kima.run are missing
• We need to make sure the documentation reflects the version published on pyPI

I have fixed (i think) the notebooks and removed the pre-compiled results

I'm not sure what the issue for keplerian and kima.run are I didn't change them and they are visible when I generate the docs loaclly

Same for me, I also don't completely understand why they don't show up. For now I'm deploying the docs directly instead of from the github action
