Check reaction time of player, if their time to shoot as soon as they aim at enemy is constant down to milliseconds, they're truggerbotting

If they're using revolver and keep cocking it, check if their timings are constant or they always reach the maximum pull without shooting consistently

Both checks can be bypassed easily if someone is trying to, but popular cheat providers don't care

Hello, I'm kind of interested to know more about the whole cheating software stuff. You are saying that the difference between real players aim and cheater player aim is consistency ? Like down to the millisecond ?

what if we spawn an invisible player with no collisions? legit won't know it exists but cheats will try shoot it, if they shoot it (and somehow make sure it was intentional) then it's 100% a cheater

I know I'm genius, very humble too
We can put the fake player above the suspect head at a diagonal offset like suspect_origian.x + 10, eyepos + 45 + suspect_origin.z
(Use eyepos instead of original in vertical so we start on same head level)

If cheaters actively try to bypass this anticheat by checking these values and ignoring fakeplayer based on them, we can randomize it, but that's unlikely because 99% of cheat providers only care about revenue

^ to clarify btw this was so that legits don't accidentally shoot fakeplayers incase they get in the way, probably over-complicated but meh

I fear I am not able to do so, but this could be a insane fix: create a fake, transparent pawn, when a cheating player shoot him, flag him in a db as "cheating-freak"

nah i've never made a plugin in my life
i make cheats (for hvh), but had ideas for anticheat detection methods so i posted them here

Creating a fake player is super tricky. I dont even know if its possible yet in CSSharp, let alone making a player model invisible. All of this is probably something that is possible in the future but I highly doubt it is as of now
