Explicitly model and record the state of text entries during runtime.

We have a feature that can set a text entry (LZ uses this to allow dynamically selecting your jersey number). We need to model this so we can save it for save games #80 !

Some thoughts:

• game entities should have "name" and "examine"
• items should have "pickup"
• default entry should have "name", "examine", "pickup"
• "pickup" is shown when item is added to inventory, currently always explicitly defined in interaction
• "examine" is shown on click (this is a default action that doesn't need to be explicitly defined in interaction)
• "name" is shown on hover

texts.json doesn't (and shouldn't) have the information if an entry relates to which entity type (item, furniture, ..., default) but we could validate that an item in items.json has an entry in texts.json and that is has the required fields.

We could even have a validator for the "interaction matrix" - does every item have a 'use' text for every object? Note that this is quite rarely desirably, but we did want to add as much (fun) text for Lätkäzombit as we could.
