Incorporate a "nuke from orbit" command like `mfp kill-server`

mfpx kill already does (most of) this. It doesn't clear out the current server, which I've never found to be required. It also cleans up the TMP dirs which frequently helps. Some of "kill" has been added into the main "mfp server stop --kill" command, with the exception of the clearing of the TMP dirs (I think).

This can probably be closed, unless you want to wipe/rebuild the server dir too, which I'm cool with.

@kfbishop, thanks, I wasn't aware of mfpx kill. I think you're probably right, let me take a look when I have a sec and see if it does the same stuff. If so, happy to close this.
