Add s390x support for docker images

I would like to look at adding support for the s390x architecture for docker images. 

I don't understand the how images are published currently. Could you please provide some information on the current release process used to publish docker images?

Just checking if there is any interest in building s390x/multiarch images. The underlying node images are multiarch so it might not be too difficult. I would be interested in helping out if I could get some details on the build process.
