Set a deprecation date for the Node.js Connect adapter

Once we have our migration guide in place we need to set a hard deprecation date for the Node,js Connect adapter. After this date the adapter will no longer be officially supported.

Hi, I see that the keycloak-connect package is deprecated and would like to refer to the package I created as a temporary solution to handle some UMA related features until the new keycloak-connect is released to the community.
