Integrate spellchecker

Problem

Currently, we don't have a great way to spellcheck the narrative in our Typst PDF reports .qmd file(s).

We would like to incorporate some sort of a programmatic spellchecker that understands what content should be spellchecked (i.e., the narrative) and what shouldn't (e.g., R code, Quarto shortcodes and divs, etc.).
