Replace SqlSplitter by jOOQ Parser

I already tested to split queries with jOOQ Parser but I had a lot of failing tests.

The goal is to retry it to remove SqlSplitter to fix all tests and to do a QA (maybe through the sanity checks introduced by @Pradumnasaraf recently).
