[Feature request] Pantone support

I am suggesting a new Feature to add PMS support https://github.com/pgchamberlin/hexover/blob/28941e783ffaf0d6610d0f3c0aa7800d8cdcb4bf/src/data/pantone-p-solid-coated.json

I think you need only a lists and then if is needle choose a pantone color from a lists or filtering them.

Just simple. Take an array lists of Pantones with values in RGB or hex and than change them values. As first version for that can be very simple.

On UI just use dropdown with categorized or alphabetic values. When you selected one of PMS it will be change RGB, HEX, CMYK.
