PrintWindow中使用了仅在Windows 8.1后才有的feature #13
Description
在SimpleSandbox中的截图代码的PrintWindow中使用了PW_RENDERFULLCONTENT 的 flag，该flag仅在Windows 8.1后才支持。
寻找一个替代方案来实现截图（考虑DWM缩略图 DWM Thumbnail Overview）
如果找不到的话应该提供fallback，检测Windows版本，并根据版本决定是否设置这个flag。
并且在readme中说明窗口截图可能会在Windows 8.1 (_WIN32_WINNT < 0x0603)中的版本出现问题，包括截图不完整（窗口超出屏幕区域），出现老样式的窗口等问题
