All tools ?

I'm asking if it necessary to propose all tools on this repo.
Maybe just the map generating tools compAccFromMesh and the graph extraction tool centerLineGeodesicGraph are required.

I mention in the paper that the script that prog to generate plots and figure were given.
And we also need the tool to display radius for instance ;)
But we not need to all clean and details the other tools I think ..

for the radius display we have not too much described it for now we can perhaps remove ;)

I expect you write about the radius map ? If yes, I'm agree with you, the corresponding classes are useless actually.

Concerning the "statistic" classes in bin folder, xan we remove them from this repo ?
For other mentioned classes, we should change all fil paths.
