Add example projects using kcd-scripts

It's be valuable to have a couple reference usages outside of kcd-scripts itself, since the dogfooded setup is a bit different than most consumers.

This would be great! Would you like to make a pull request to get such a list started? Could be in an other/USERS.md file that's linked to in the README :)
