We are posting too many tweets to twitter. Some of the info is not all that interesting or important.
Instead lets:

• Tweet changes in the official BOJ exchange rates.
• Tweet which trader has the best rates for each rate_type when they become the best
• Tweet movements $1 and over whether up|down for any trader and currency
