gristle_differ - add ability to pick up col names from metadata #51
Description
Right now if a user wants to configure instructions with column names rather than field offsets they need to provide this field offset to column-name map in their config file.
Ideally, they should be able to just provide a metadata identifier and let gristle_differ get the rest of the info from the metadata database.
