This isn't an issue, per se, but I wanted to help! In Windows, it might be better to use %CD% and %CD%\*.bsp respectively instead of %~dp0. The reason for this? You can then put the batch in a globally shared directory and call it from anywhere. This makes it easy for me to scrub mods I download.
I wanted to help because I use this to remove cujos (monster_dog). I... can't stand seeing dogs suffer, I don't want to kill them and hear them whine. It's a trauma. So I really, really appreciated this script as a means to deal with that. It's helped me play Quake again, which I wouldn't have been able to if not for your script. Thanks.
