OmniStream install failing on pipx

I've tried multiple times to install OmniStream on Debian 11 and Debian 12 and it keeps failing in the same spot:

I tried installing pipx myself and then running the install and it still failed. I tried commenting out pipx and the install finished, but other components didn't work then. Just wondering if you had any ideas/solutions.

@MaiaDavis - If you run sudo apt install pipx what kind of error are you seeing?
