How can moving/resizing only after down left click (same as HyperDock)

The current situation is that I only need to move the cursor to move/resize.
If I want to achieve moving/resizing only after pressing the left mouse button, what should I do.

I haven't implemented that behavior. It's definitely possible to change this to do that
