Detect duplicate content

User story:

• As a content manager, I want a quick way to find and tidy up redundant content.

Possible solutions:

• When I make, rename, or edit an article, the app could show me other articles with similar names and content.
• The app could offer a button that I can click to see all potential duplicates in a knowledge base at any time.
• When reviewing potential duplicates, the app could let me see two articles side-by-side for comparison.
• When reviewing potential duplicates, the app could let me merge one article into another.
• After merging articles, the app could notify the deleted article's author and editors about the change.
