GW crashes when switching between variants on a vcf

Describe the bug
After zooming in and out of a region loaded on a vcf, I switched to the next variant on the vcf. At which point I tried zooming in and gw crashed with the error code -

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_array_new_length'
what(): std::bad_array_new_length
Aborted (core dumped)

To Reproduce
I had applied the ~proper-pair filter. I switched from one variant to another. As soon as I zoomed in the error occurs

• OS: Linux Ubuntu 24.04.2

Thanks for reporting, is this a generic error, as in it happens every time you follow this sequence? Or was it specific to a particular variant? I will check for the generic error too
