Displaying a range of history versions

A way to show a 'changelog' specifying a range of versions
Ex:
$ stepup history --since v0.1.0 --upto v0.10.0

It's gonna be used 'stepup notes' adding this parameter options.
ps: we already have --since parameter

Missing to cover the behavior where the same version is pointed to --since and --upto
Example:
$ stepup history --since v0.10.0 --upto v0.10.0
