Latest version of bowtie2 #145
Description
Hi, I wanted to see if you could update SRST2 to show compatibility against the latest versions of bowtie2. There have been several versions since the last update of SRST2, and including SRST2 in a bioinformatics pipeline might cause a diamond dependency issue where one software requires the latest version of bowtie2, but SRST2 needs a legacy version.
At the time of this issue, the latest version is 2.5.3 as shown on their site https://bowtie-bio.sourceforge.net/bowtie2/index.shtml.
