cappi_comparison workbook errors in raw_3dvol_to_xy

There is an error in the jupyter notebook cappi_comparison that uses raw_3dvol_to_xy. I'm not sure what you wanted to do with this workbook and I think modifications to either it or the raw_3dvol code are required.
