Create a job to test initrd

While reporting the kata-containers/tests#4803 (k8s: enable the "Create Persistent Volume" test) I realized that we don't have any job testing the initrd guest image. Unless I am wrong, we used to have jobs testing it. Why they were removed?

So I am opening this issue to assess if we need to create at least one job for initrd image as this is currently supported.

The reason why we do not have an initrd is because we could not find an owner or mantainer for that job @wainersm , if you are going to create a job for that just please ensure that we have an owner
