Set up Image Builder #9
Description
We need to modify our image builder to switch from SPCGeoNode target into our image variants.
This tasks involves:
- Changing the build script
- Changing GitHub Action build script
- Includes variant names in the image tag
- Includes GeoNode version in the image tag
- Includes calendar versioning for the created canonical image
- Includes orchestration script version in the image label
