      <li> One recruitment test at the beginning of every semester
      </li>
      <li> First screening round - Online Quiz
      </li>
      <li> First shortlist
      </li>
      <li> Second screening round - Contest on Codechef
      </li>
      <li> Final shortlist
      </li>
    </ol>

    <h2 style="text-align: center;">Shortlist Criteria </h2>

    <ul>

      <li>
        Candidates are divided based on the year of graduation.
        <ul>
          <li> Example 1: BTech 2017, BArch 2016, MTech 2019, MCA 2018 etc.
          </li>
          <li> Example 2: BTech 2018, BArch 2017, MTech 2020, MCA 2019 etc.
          </li>
        </ul>
      </li>
      <li> From each year a maximum of 12 members (4 teams of 3 members each ) will be present at any time in the
        campus-chapter.
      </li>
      <li> one team (consisting of 3 members ) from the non-CSE background from each year is selected for sure.
      </li>
      <li> All the other 9 members out of 12 are exclusively selected based on their merit and the vacancy after the two
        screening rounds
      </li>
      <li> Within an equivalent class priority of selection is based on rank in the respective contest only.
      </li>
      <li> Candidates with more attempts left for ICPC are given more importance over the other candidates.
      </li>
      <li> Codechef and chapter members have the authority to rule out a candidate if they sense that candidate has been
        involved in malpractice during one of the two contests.
      </li>
    </ul>

      <li> Competitive Programming skills
      </li>
      <li> motivation to work for the club
      </li>
    </ul>

    <ul> Consider any priorities for selecting the rest 9 members out of 12 members from each year ( open to all the
      candidates from respective divisions regardless of branch of study ) .
    </ul>

    <h2 style="text-align: center;"> Announcement
    </h2>

    <ul>
      <li> Poster, Google Form, Email.
      </li>
      <li> All the information regarding screening rounds will be notified to candidates before the events.
      </li>
    </ul>

    <h2 style="text-align: center;"> First screening round - Online Quiz
    </h2>

    <ul>
      <li> An online Quiz to judge the candidate's logical reasoning
      </li>
    </ul>

    <h2 style="text-align: center;"> First shortlist
    </h2>

    <ul>
      <li> At least twice the required number of candidates are shortlisted after the First screening round.
      </li>
      <li> Email Notification and confirmation.
      </li>
    </ul>

    <h2 style="text-align: center;">Second screening round - Contest on Codechef</h2>

    <ul>
      <li> A Codechef contest will be conducted by the chapter members to judge a candidate's competitive programming
        skills.
      </li>
    </ul>

    <h2 style="text-align: center;">Final shortlist</h2>


    <ul>
      <li> Shortlist of the exact required number of Candidates after the second screening round. All the shortlisted
        candidates are monitored for 2 weeks wherein we check their interest in Competitive Programming and their
        participation in CodeChef, Codeforces, etc .also all the candidates must participate in weekly ICPC mirrors with
        their team.
      </li>
      <li> Email Notification and confirmation.
        <ul>
          <li> A short interview to judge interest in CP may involve checking activity on coding platforms.
          </li>
          <li> In case a candidate is not available or rejected then the next candidate in the rank list is given
            preference.
          </li>
        </ul>
      </li>
      <li> We repeat we don't consider anything other than logical skills( through online Quiz ) , CP skills ( through
        contest
        and interview ) , motivation to work for the club.
      </li>
      <li> Final shortlist is announced after the 2-week monitoring program.
      </li>
    </ul>
