add a new architecture LoongArch

When I want to add a new architecture to the code, besides modifying it src/libusb/_platform/init.py should also add a SO file that conforms to the target architecture in the folder. May I ask if this SO file was obtained from libUSB on the target architecture server or compiled in the project

For everyone's information.

I never use files that I have compiled myself.

These files are always taken for the target architecture in the following order:

1. from the official installation files.
   (e.g.: https://github.com/libusb/libusb/releases/download/v1.0.29/libusb-1.0.29.7z)
2. If they are not there for a given architecture, I download them from the appropriate conda packages.
   (e.g., from here https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/libusb/files?channel=main&type=conda&version=1.0.29&sort=-version)
3. If they are not there, I download them from the equivalent Debian packages (*.deb).
   (e.g. from here http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/libu/libusb-1.0/?C=M;O=D)
