TTS crashing, not loading Microsoft online voices #269

Also I've made no changes to my settings after successfully setting up Microsoft online voices, but since the update in the last two weeks they have failed to work. Built-in system voices still work, but occasionally crash the game for some text boxes. This happened with a blue quest if that is relevant, some HW MSQ was working ok.
