Unable to edit a newly created plan

After creating a new plan, I am unable to edit it. It seems like despite the Successfully added activity prompt, the plan was not created and stored as intended.

As with the other bug that is tested and rejected by me (see Unable to view newly created training plans), the jar used is of the previous version and the bug seen here is already fixed as of version 1.4 of the code.
