Unable to view newly created training plan

After successfully creating a new plan, I am unable to view then new plan in the training list

This problem is already fixed in the current team repository since I can clearly tell that the output is of an older version of the code (lines should be printed between various output after certain steps). I assume that the tester is using a previous jar version to test the code (?).
