[Bug]: Loan interval is to small in slow pace modes

Expected result

As long as total available amount for loan depends on pace factor which is sort of inflation. For slower paces amount of single loan dose should be bigger.

Actual result

You can get 10000 pounds per independently from pace factor.

Steps to reproduce

Just run the game with slow pace factor non-equal to 1.
