[Feature Suggestion] Add a C++ 17 / Java Compiler

It would be great to include a C++ 17 compiler to the list of available programming languages. This would enable easier testing and running of C++ 17 code within the repository, improving the development workflow for C++ developers/programmers.

In case someone doesn't beat me to it, I'd be happy to contribute myself. I'm taking this up slowly.

We might as well extend this to Java seeing as both of these languages are the most common languages for problem solving :D
