Add PGlite support

With PGlite support one should be able to perform database operations similar to #11

My team and I would like to implement a solution for this issue for FOSSHACK24. We already have a blueprint for the execution and have prior experience in this field. Kindly respond at the earliest. Hoping for a positive response.
